Peter O'Donovan is Head of the Technical Services Department and provides leadership to the technical, engineering and construction support services for the Hospital.  Peter has held this role since 2018.  Prior to that Peter worked in Technical and Engineering roles in the Mater Private Hospital and overseas for Exxon Mobil Corp.

Dorothy commenced employment in Beaumont in 1988 working in various clerical / administration roles in the Human Resources, Computer Operations and Finance Departments before taking up the role of Insurance / Risk Manager in 2001.  

Tracy Swanton’s professional career spans over 30 years of working in the health sector both public and private sector in UK and Ireland. Having  qualified as an Occupational Therapist in Newcastle Upon Tyne, she  spent her formative career in the Freeman Hospital group before returning to Ireland to work in the National Rehabilitation Hospital and then Beaumont Hospital from 1998 to 2001. Tracy enjoyed a previous Clinical services Manager role  in St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Having spent the  majority of her career in St.

Helen has over 30 years of experience working in acute academic teaching hospitals. She began her nursing career in St James’s Hospital, Dublin, and has worked internationally. Helen moved to Beaumont Hospital in 1999 to take up the position of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 in the Stephan Doyle Endoscopy Unit.

Claire joined Beaumont Hospital in 2018, having trained and worked as a nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin, since 1997. She initially joined the nursing team at Beaumont and progressed to Deputy Director of Nursing before taking the lead in developing the Cancer Directorate and the Beaumont RCSI Cancer Centre as Operations and Accreditation Lead. The Cancer Centre was successful accredited by the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes (OECI) in 2022.

Anne Coyle is Chief Executive of Beaumont Hospital and commenced on 26th August 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from a distinguished career in healthcare leadership.  Anne began her career as a Physiotherapist, which provided a strong foundation for understanding the needs of patients and healthcare providers alike.  

David joined Beaumont Hospital in mid 2018 as Director of HR and has a strong knowledge of health services management with close to 30 years experience in the health sector with a particular interest in promoting staff engagement and development.

David has lead a team of highly skilled HR professionals who promote and support the personal development of staff, our key resource, and promotes a working environment conducive to positive employee relations through effective and innovative best practice HR policies.

Sinead was appointed Director of Nursing in Beaumont in 2024.  She previously held the Deputy Director of Nursing role for a two years prior to this appointment.  Sinead's educational background includes a BSc & MSc Nursing, HDip Critical Care, MSc (Leadership and Change), FFNMRCSI 

Edel is a member of the senior management team in Speedpak, a social enterprise with two commercial businesses, providing work experience, skills training and supports for long- term unemployed people. She has been a key driver in the development and rollout of innovative, award winning programmes, and the successful progression of trainees to employment.

Previously, she worked in the financial sector both in Ireland and the UK providing advice and training to corporate clients on legal and compliance issues.
