The new CF Unit celebrated a significant milestone in the build last week as we marked its 'Topping Out' meaning the completion of the structural framework, bringing the much-needed 20-room facility one step closer to serving many patients.

Beaumont Hospital staff, Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, and key members of the project team from the Elliott Group came together, to celebrate this significant milestone.

As part of the celebrations, we invited guests to pin messages of well wishes and support onto our Tree of Life graphic, creating a lasting tribute to the impact this project will have on CF patients. These messages will be framed and gifted to the Hospital as a keepsake to commemorate this milestone. 

A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life. This state-of-the-art unit will provide specialist care and improved facilities for CF patients, setting new standards in healthcare.
