Bernice Ruane has 20 years of management experience across multiple industries and geographies in senior strategy and finance roles. She currently leads the Group Strategy team at DAA, the global airports and travel retail group.
Bernice started her career in banking in London, financing large infrastructure projects primarily via the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. In Sydney, she worked on the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Investment team in one of Australia’s largest companies and was involved with multi-billion-dollar M&A deals. She has comprehensive experience in project management and capital projects, with extensive financial expertise from her time in banking and finance roles. Bernice also previously supported the Board of the project vehicle delivering a new hospital in South Australia.
Bernice holds a degree in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.
