The HR Relationship Management Section is responsible for supporting managers and staff on the application of HR policies, advising on terms and conditions of employment, HR circulars, staff management and development.
Each HR Relationship Manager is a dedicated point of contact for specific Hospital Directorates and Corporate Departments.
The staff team is responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring that staff contractual entitlements are administered and recorded appropriately in line with hospital policies, procedures and legal requirements.
The team provides a dedicated and professional HR advisory service on the interpretation of employment legislation, HR circulars, and contractual matters, offering guidance and support on staff engagement and management.
