Gender Pay Gap Report

Beaumont Hospital publishes annual Gender Pay Gap Reports in compliance with the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021. The Act requires organisations with over 250 relevant employees to report on their Gender Pay Gap, (GPG) on an annual basis. Beaumont Hospital, as an employer of circa 4,800 employees, falls within the provisions of the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.
