Reception, admissions, patient registration and the healthcare records departments support our colleagues to deliver a quality service to patients, staff and visitors. 

Main reception is staffed from 07:30 to 21:00 from Monday – Friday and from 09:00 to 21:00 on Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays.  The main reception team help visitors and patients with:

• General queries/assisting patients
• Managing patient transport
• Guidance on visiting arrangements 

Admissions and registration are staffed 24 hours Monday to Sunday and is responsible for:

• Registering elective, emergency in-patient and first-time out-patients.
• Collecting financial data and verifying public/private admission status.

If you have a query about an admission, please contact the relevant number below.  If you wish to check or change any of the personal details we hold on you, please email patientregistration@beaumont.ie  In order to change any of your biographical details please email proof of your identity in the form of a passport or drivers licence to proceed with any changes.  If you wish to change your address you will also need to send proof of your new address. A member of staff from the Patient Registration team will email you to confirm your request has been completed.

Our healthcare records department are responsible for the management of the healthcare records library and contract for the storage of healthcare records offsite.

If you would like to obtain a copy your healthcare record/medical chart please apply via our Routine Access Office.
