The project represents one of the most significant system upgrades in the hospital’s history, and was designed to modernise operations, enhance patient care and strengthen future readiness. The project launch marks the culmination of a three-year transformation program, replacing a 35-year-old legacy system. The support for the new systems is evidenced by the more than 3,000 staff who were trained in preparation for the transition.
