INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS ATTENDING GENERAL OUT-PATIENT APPOINTMENTS
What can I expect when I come for my outpatient appointment.
- Facemasks are still required to be worn by all patients attending a healthcare setting and for those who may have to accompany them
- We request that, good cough and sneeze etiquette is practiced and that hand sanitisers provided are used.

- Your appointment letter
- A list of your current medications

General outpatient appointment information

- Each patient is given an individually-timed appointment. This helps to improve patients waiting times and allows for a more co-ordinated approach to patient care.
- Please only arrive 10 minutes before your allocated appointment time.
Please do not attend for your appointment if
- You have been tested for COVID19 and are awaiting a result
- You have any symptoms of COVID 19
- You are a close contact of a person who has a diagnosis of COVID 19 within the last 14 days
Please telephone the number on your appointment letter and a new appointment will be arranged for you.
